Mike Watt

Head Coach - Varsity

Coach Watt is entering his second season as Head Coach after joining the Arrowhead staff in 2009-10 from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mike was born in Seaforth, Ontario and played on the Team Canada U-18 team at age 16. He went on to play left wing for three years (1994-97) with Michigan State and joined Team Canada in the 1996 World Junior Hockey Championship.

In the 1994 NHL Entry Draft Mike was selected in the 2nd round (32nd Overall) by the Edmonton Oilers and played 157 NHL games over five seasons with the Oilers, Islanders, Predators and Hurricanes. After his time in the NHL he played in Russia and Sweden for three years before concluding his career with the Muskegon Fury of the IHL in 2008.

   

C.J. Erickson

Assistant Coach - Varsity

C.J. is entering his 3rd year as an assistant coach with the varsity team and began playing hockey at age 6 with the Waukesha Youth Hockey Association.

C.J. was a four year starter on varsity for Arrowhead and was captain of the 2002-03 team that went 20-1-1. During his career with Arrowhead he earned first team All-Conference his Sophomore, Junior and Senior year and 1st Team All-Area and honorable mention All-State in 2002-03. He was also named defensive MVP for Arrowhead twice and was team captain as a senior.

After high school C.J. attended UW-Eau Claire where he played hockey at the D-3 college level and club level. He later transferred to UW-Milwaukee where he graduated in 2008 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science.

   

Jeff Rochon

Assistant Coach & Statistician - Varsity

Jeff is entering his 11th year as a volunteer assistant coach after joining the Warhawk coaching staff in 2001-02. He spent his first two seasons with the JV team before helping at the varsity level with scheduling, statistics, video, scouting and media communication. In 2004 Jeff developed the team website and redesigned the Arrowhead logo and uniforms. During the 2006-07 season he modified the D1 college KRACH rating formula and applied it to Wisconsin High School Hockey and publishes the STAK Ranking weekly on hockey websites.

Coach Rochon grew up playing youth hockey in Dodgeville, Wisconsin and competed against teams throughout South Central Wisconsin, Dubuque and LaCrosse. He graduated from Dodgeville High School in 1989, where he lettered in football, wrestling, baseball and golf. Jeff went on to attend UW-Whitewater and received a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Marketing in 1993.

   
 

Garet Galster

Goalie Coach - Varsity & JV

Garet joined the Warhawk coaching squad last season, concentrating on improving the team's goaltenders. Garet was born and raised in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, strapping on hockey skates and pushing a metal folding chair around an outdoor rink at age 3. He began his goaltending career at age 9 and continued to play throughout high school, while mentoring younger goalies.

Venturing to Milwaukee to attend Marquette University, Garet played for the college's club hockey team. In addition, he has been invited to tryout and back-up for teams in the UHL (now the IHL) and CHL in Illinois and Texas, respectively. Garet is pleased to have the opportunity to assist in honing the skills of the goaltenders of the Warhawk organization.

Garet is now a registered patent attorney living in the Lake Country area with his wife, Kim, and their two children, Ella and Quinn.
